Employment typeCasual Employee (per diem, hourly Clinician role)LocationPrimarily seeing patients at our Ponce City office and Buckhead office in Atlanta, GAPotential flexibility to see patients at other Atlanta clinic locationsWeekly schedule expected to include hours at several Atlanta clinic locationsWhat you'll be working onSeeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visitsOngoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teamsUtilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office proceduresEducation, licenses, and experiences required for this roleEnrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency programPracticed at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+), OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting coupled with 1 year in an urgent care settingBoard Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board ExamState licensed in Georgia, obtained before your One Medical start dateOne Medical providers also demonstrateA passion for human-centered primary careThe ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgroundsThe ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality careClinical proficiency in evidence-based primary careThe desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare deliveryAn openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknessesThe ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleaguesReadiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patientsPer Diem BenefitsMalpractice Insurance - Malpractice fees to insure your practice at One Medical is covered 100%UpToDate Subscription - An evidence-based clinical research toolOne Medical Issued laptop (to allow for secure access to our EHR) #J-18808-Ljbffr
