Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept
- Lead with Vision: Inspire, hire, train, and manage a top-notch business development team focused on exceeding our ambitious targets and key performance indicators.
- Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement comprehensive business development and marketing strategies that encompass digital marketing, event presence, and direct engagement to enhance our brand's "Like it never even happened."
- Educate and Engage: Plan and conduct educational events, from CE classes to lunch-and-learns, ensuring our market presence is both influential and educational.
- Drive Performance: Set, monitor, and surpass sales goals through innovative campaigns and meticulous team coaching.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership in building and nurturing high-performance teams.
- Exceptional Communication: Both written and verbal, with a knack for creating compelling marketing narratives.
- Strategic Thinking: With strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- A track record in professional associations or similar environments.
