Primary Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with the public and other team members in verbal and written form
  • Ability to work independently
  • Follow and enforce all hotel standards
  • Must be able to frequently lift and move items over 25 pounds
  • Seats guests and manages the flow of reservations to maximize the guest experience.
  • Answers phone calls and answer guest inquiries
  • Takes, tracks and organizes reservations, group seating requests, and any other special request as needed.
  • Completes to-go orders
  • Approaches guest and collects information needed to assist with seat and bar arrangements.
  • Perform all other duties as requested.
  • Be 18 years of age or older
