Pay Rate: $65-69/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM 
Remote, but must be in Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma, Montana or New Mexico OR 250 miles from Richardson or Chicago

Job Purpose:
This job is responsible for providing daily administrator support and improvement efforts for Workday and additional HR Strategic Business applications, including configuration and ad-hoc reporting; supporting implementation of system upgrades; testing system enhancements, troubleshooting issues and documenting workflows; monitoring data logs and managing releases; providing ongoing technical support to Service Center employees; ad-hoc performance of quality audits This role will be involved in creating test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems within the client's system.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project based role with 60% customer consulting; 40% system configuration & administration
  • Leader in RCA (Root Cause Analysis), options analysis, and estimations for initiatives
  • Lead over the Workday Benefits functional module, including implementation from design, testing, deployment, and support
  • Identify strategies, risks, options, recommend approaches, and mitigations to meet customer and functional requirements?
  • Architect Workday modular solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated?
  • Advise customers on industry standards and leading practices
  • Acts as project management lead in moderate to highly complex initiatives
  • Demonstrate strong customer and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives?
  • Demonstrate design options?through the use of?prototyping
  • Owns relationship and coordinates with vendor for resolutions and enhancements
  • Partners with customers to strategize on best approach for integrating technology into current and future business processes
  • Provide status updates and apprised of overall project status
  • Provide guidance and feedback for peers including production support and escalations
  • Collaborate and progress development of peer and team knowledge
  • Understand and apply Workday methodologies
  • Responsible for data integrity and stability of the HR Ecosystem and conforming to government regulations impacting HR systems and processes.

Required Job Qualifications:
  • 5 years experience with HRMS Systems
  • Minimum of 1 year SaaS and/or Cloud Based experience
  • Vendor Relationship experience
  • Project Management

Skills & Experience:
  • Workday (Compensation, HCM, EIBs, Reporting, Benefits, Payroll, etc.
  • System Administration
  • Vendor Management; Open Cases, Troubleshoot Issues, Manage Release Testing, etc.
