What You'll Do:

As an Installation Technician, you'll handle the accurate, efficient, and safe installation of home remodeling products. You'll meet with customers to discuss project details, ensure all materials are accounted for, and complete installations to the highest standards. You'll also manage service calls, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and keep detailed records of your work. From using booties and drop cloths to ensuring total clean-up post-installation, you'll help us deliver exceptional customer service every step of the way.


What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone with a strong background in home remodeling or construction, who is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work. You should have excellent technical skills, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Great communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively are essential. Being organized and maintaining a professional appearance is key.


What You'll Get:

You'll enjoy competitive commission-based pay with bonuses, with the potential to earn well into the six-figure range. After 90 days, you'll receive company-paid holidays and health insurance with 50% of the premium covered by the company. We also offer dental and vision insurance, as well as Aflac supplemental insurance, though these are employee-paid.
