National Sales Director

The National Sales Director is responsible for leading the Gemini sales strategy, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role involves developing and executing sales plans, building relationships with key clients, and collaborating with other departments to ensure that sales targets are met.

Key Account Growth (34%):
- Acts as the designated lead handling large account negotiations or customer projects.
- Identifies accounts (and/or franchises) who we can better partner with and grow their business with Gemini.
- Serves as the voice for ongoing business development opportunities to generate NPD growth.
- Develops and executes strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Creates an integrated sales process with inside and outside sales personnel that ties compensation with performance and grows topline revenue.
- Partners with marketing to integrate most cost-effective efforts to drive revenue.
- Develops digital practices that can leverage prospective assets for completion of revenue goals and customer engagement.
- Participate in Leadership and Strategic Planning meetings that set direction and future goals of the organization.
- Leads the team that is the outside "Face" of Gemini at Tradeshows, Association Events, and other customer-facing happenings.
- Leads a team in the field and inside our sales offices who can grow our sales and provide necessary feedback to help chart our course and direction.
- Establishes clear performance expectations and holds teams accountable for results.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to prospective salespeople at Gemini.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales and leadership experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proven leadership, coaching, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and team development abilities.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
- The role will require travel to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and oversee regional sales efforts.
- The position is primarily office-based but may involve fieldwork as necessary to support our customers and the sales team.
