As a CDL A driver with Flint Logistics, you'll earn a respectable weekly income ranging from $1,300 to $1,450 while enjoying the comfort and convenience of our modern fleet. Choose from Peterbilt 579s, LP Internationals, or Freightliners, all equipped with inverters and refrigerators to make your time on the road more enjoyable.

Consistent Miles, Predictable Home Time

Our dedicated routes primarily operate east of I-35, with an average haul length of 500 miles. You can expect weekly mileage between 2,500 and 3,000, ensuring a steady income and predictable home time. Our schedules are designed to keep you on the road for 7 to 10 days at a time.

To join our team, you'll need a valid Class A CDL and a minimum of 3 months of over-the-road (OTR) experience or 6 months of local driving experience within the past 12 months. We conduct DOT physicals at no cost to you before orientation. If you have a preferred driving partner, pre-made teams are welcome.
