We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including home community care, hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, to help them achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating personalized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and educating patients on self-care techniques.

*Sign-On Bonus of $5K*

*Duties* * Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or illnesses * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with the patient's goals and needs * Utilize a variety of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modalities * Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members on proper exercise techniques and home-based rehabilitation * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists * Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records * Stay current with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy * Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of multidisciplinary treatment plans * Promote patient independence and empower them to take an active role in their rehabilitation

*Requirements* * Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy * Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state * Strong knowledge of medical terminology and hospital medicine * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as needed * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience working in home community care, hospital, or outpatient settings * Familiarity with geriatric and pediatric populations * Ability to lift and transfer patients, as needed * Commitment to patient care and a passion for helping others achieve optimal health and wellness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $103,000.00 per year
