Job Summary:

The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing sales, enhancing brand awareness, and driving customer acquisition and retention across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SaaS marketing, and a background in real estate tech is a plus. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to craft strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives that align with the company’s business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive revenue growth for multiple SaaS products.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, sales teams, and creative departments to align marketing strategies with new product releases and business objectives.
  • Product Marketing: Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature updates, ensuring clear messaging and audience engagement.
  • Customer Retention & Engagement: Partner with account management to enhance customer retention and adoption by understanding customer needs and creating targeted campaigns.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead funnels, sales collateral, and nurture campaigns that convert prospects into customers.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Utilize data analytics to assess the success of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of marketers and creative professionals, setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and aligning departmental efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Calendar & Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of a marketing calendar, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and adapt to shifting priorities as necessary.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, especially those impacting the SaaS and real estate tech sectors, and incorporate this knowledge into innovative strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar growth marketing role within the SaaS industry.
  • Experience in real estate technology or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing analytics tools and proven ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
