What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Maintenance Tech? You’ll be:
• Providing technical services including electrical, controls, and mechanical maintenance for automated production equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Conducting scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and ensuring spare parts availability.
• Mentoring and training production associates on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to reduce costs and improve quality.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma (Advanced education in a scientific field preferred).
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years of technical mechanical and/or electrical experience.
• Have experience troubleshooting automated equipment, electronics, sensors, motors, servos, and pneumatics.
• Possess strong mechanical skills and proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Have a working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, lubrication, electrical systems, and industrial automation.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Are proficient in PC applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Are self-motivated, able to work independently, and work well within a team environment.
• Are able to work in various environments, including office, laboratory, production areas, and warehouse.
