Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary Digital Fundraising Coordinator to support their team in Washington, DC

About the Job:

  • Develop digital fundraising production timelines and manage deadlines.
  • Coordinate the copy approval process with agency partners and internal staff.
  • Collaborate with the Visuals team to oversee production of new visual outputs.
  • Work with the Influencer Partnership Manager on approval and production of celebrity and key influencer outputs.
  • Conduct email quality assurance checks and prepare production updates for team meetings.
  • Maintain team file organization, schedule meetings, handle invoice submissions, track expenses, compile expenditure reports, and assist in developing quarterly fundraising reports.

About You:

  • 2+ years of development experience.
  • Experience with project management platforms is required; preferably Asana.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • A self-starter with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.

About the Position:

  • $23/hr-$25/hr
  • Temporary starting in June.
  • This position is slated to last 6 months.
  • 37.5-hour workweek.
  • Remote-local to Washington, D.C.
