As a Solution Consultant you will translate business requirements into technical designs and propose ServiceNow‑based solutions for DXC customers. You will also support delivery of requirements, participate in trainings, acquire certifications, and collaborate across a multinational environment. English language proficiency is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Essential Job Functions Configuration and development of ServiceNow for DXC customers Cooperation with Architects and Solution Consultants to prepare technical design Administration of ServiceNow instances Preparation of project documentation Participation in trainings and achievement of new certifications Sharing experience with other team members Basic Qualifications Experience in ServiceNow implementations (at least 5 years) Good knowledge of written and spoken English Deep experience with at least one ServiceNow product: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, CSM, HR Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS Experience in integrations (SOAP, REST) Good analytical and problem‑solving skills Teamwork and ability to work under pressure Strong communication skills Fast learning skills Other Qualifications Working experience in Agile project environments ServiceNow certifications Knowledge of AngularJS, Ajax Good knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL certifications At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
