* Ensures that each Guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Guest Service.

* Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing AURO Hotels/Brand Hotel professionally with our guests and assuring that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.

* Understands and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for associates and guests at all times.

* Maintains a favorable working relationship with all company associates to foster and promote a positive working environment.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

* Knows and follows established cleaning procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for guest rooms according to AURO Hotels or Brand Standards.

* Assists colleagues when own workstation is completed.

* Properly uses all cleaning fluids and supplies.

* Properly places guest amenities, e.g., toilet paper, tissues, guest service directories and turndown amenities.

* Perform and complete any special projects or reasonable requests assigned by management.

* Knows and actively practices the hotels' emergency procedures and loss prevention guidelines.

* Sorts, counts, folds, marks, and carries linens.

* Makes beds (triple sheeting) with clean sheets in excellent condition and dusts furniture.

* Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses and writing supplies.

* Moves furniture, hangs drapes, rolls carpets and replaces light bulbs.

* Empties wastebaskets and empties and cleans ashtrays.

* Transports trash and waste to disposal area.

* Replenishes bathroom supplies. Sweeps and scrubs bathroom floors.

* Performs all duties in a safe manner and monitors those actions of others.

* Cleans lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways, when requested

* Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.

* Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.

* Stocks and replenishes linen rooms if necessary.

* Sweeps patios/balconies and ensures cobwebs are removed.
