Quality Specialist- Audit for Licensing and Strategic Partnerships Join to apply for the Quality Specialist- Audit for Licensing and Strategic Partnerships role at Mars The Quality Specialist for Audit for Licensing and Strategic Partnerships is responsible for leading audits of existing and new Licensing and Food Service partnerships to ensure compliance with Mars Wrigley standards. This role works closely with the Strategic Partnerships Quality Manager on the scheduling and execution of Licensing and Food Service partner audits. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, food science, microbiology or closely related scientific or technical disciplines Preferred Qualifications Advanced Degree in a scientific or technical field 2+ years of direct experience in manufacturing with a focus on quality (quality engineering, quality management) Understanding of HACCP and relevant PRP’s and OPRP’s. Knowledge of Quality and Food Safety Management Standards (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, BRC, SQF) Ability to travel 50-75% of the time Certified lead auditor to a GFSI accredited scheme (FSSC 22000, SQF, BRC) Key Responsibilities Partner with the Strategic Partnerships Quality Manager to develop audit schedules and ensure all Licensing and strategic partners are approved and managed in compliance with the External Manufacturing Quality Manual Standard (EMQM). Conduct Quality and Food Safety audits at partner sites using the Mars EMQM audit template and ensure completion of corrective actions. Support continual improvement opportunities in conjunction with partner sites. Support activities for the Affiliate Markets including requests for new products, potential Licensing opportunities and customer complaints. Support PRIMP (product related incident management process) for licensing and strategic partnership sites. The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between USD 85,875.00 and USD 118,083.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in a 401(k) plan, and paid time off benefits.
