DescriptionThe Senior Software Engineer is responsible for designing and developing complex software systems and applications. They lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. Ensuring code quality through reviews and testing, they solve technical challenges and optimize performance. Additionally, they stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve their work.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop java-based applications.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and work with Business Analyst,Writing effective code and providing support using java, microservices, Rest api, spring, Messaging, Log4j, maven and Devops.Creating and leading new feature development.Collaborate with product owners, business stake holders on project requirements of medium to major complexity.Analyzing, troubleshooting, managing, and configuring applications and environments.RequirementsCultural AlignmentChoice is #PeopleFirst, banking second.People don’t need just another bank.
