Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Hillcrest is a 236-bed acute-care Level II Trauma hospital with the only Level III neonatal intensive care unit in the Waco region. Qualifications:

  • Doctorate Degree in Medicine
  • Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Ophthalmology
