Whether we are serving guests, a fellow team member, or a trucking company, we are dedicated to fueling people and keeping North America moving.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state or local law.Military encouraged to apply.Job DescriptionStaring pay around $130k/yrThe purpose of this job is to deploy a sales individual that delivers on sales objectives that are set by senior leadership members to grow market share in the Northeast mid-tier fleet marketplace.Establish relationships with new customers to achieve assigned sales goals and targetsDrive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed salesProspect for potential customers via calls, in-person, or emails, using various direct methods such as networking and utilizing lead generation toolsConsult with prospects regarding business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of eachMaintain a high level of relevant general knowledge to connect with prospectsWork with internal technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirementsAchieve monthly sales quota and KPIsMaintain relevant data on prospects and customersProvide forecasts on sales volumesWork with other departments within the organization to address potential problems and ensure a great customer experienceModel behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assignedQualificationsHighly motivated individual with 5-7 years demonstrated success in consultative/solution-based selling in a B2B environment within a relevant industry.Experience selling at the senior management level with a proven track record of routinely closing dealsA college degree or equivalent experience and demonstrated success in sales3-5 years of relevant industry sales, and/or customer service experience.Ability to travel within assigned region using own transportationKnowledge and experience with CRM, Email CampaignsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsIn-depth knowledge and proficiency with content writingExcellent verbal and written communications and presentation skillsAbility to build relationships at all levels of the organizationAbility to analyze data and present solutionsAbility to analyze problems and identify solutionsStrong project management skillsAdvanced customer service and interpersonal skillsNegotiation and conflict resolution skillsUnderstand key concepts and terminology used in fuel and trucking industry as well as internal business processes and protocolsThorough knowledge of company products and offeringsIntermediate CRM (preferably Salesforce) skillsAbility to recognize and take advantage of opportunities to improve performanceAdvanced problem and situation analysis skillsAttention to detail with organizational skillsAbility to prioritize work and meet deadlinesStrategic and creative thinking skillsTravel required up to 100%General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of timeAdditional InformationWeekly payExtensive, affordable benefitsPTO and 9 company holidaysWell-being and volunteer company initiatives and offerings
