The AE will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, driving sales revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Sales Process: lead the sales meetings and quarterback the evaluation of our product by RIAs.Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions surrounding their investment strategy and investment operations.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and personalized service.Sales Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales demonstrations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to deliver a seamless client experience.Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.Requirements:Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably selling into RIAs.Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing complex deals.Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesloft, GSuite, Sales Nav, and Zoom Info.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Attitude: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Even if you don't meet all the qualifications for this position but are passionate about what we're doing, we encourage you to apply - we'd love to hear from you.Gridline is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
