Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Rocklin, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk environment. This position is key to maintaining smooth daily operations and providing exceptional support to both clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments or meetings as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Provide general information and support to clients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
