Job Description

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Reliable Healthcare Associates, LLC, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing individualized attention to each guest, promoting their ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Carrying out assignments related to activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

Attending to the individual needs of all guests, including incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication, and other needs.

Providing care that maintains each guest's skin integrity, preventing pressure ulcers, skin tears, and other damage.

Performing various tasks assigned by the floor nurse, including checking vital signs, weighing guests, applying creams/ointments, and collecting specimens.

Completing medical records documenting care provided and other information in accordance with nursing policies while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a CNA at Reliable Healthcare Associates, LLC, you must possess the following qualifications:

Be customer service-oriented and able to communicate effectively with guests, families, and staff.

Have a strong understanding of individual care plans and be able to support the care planning process.

Be able to interact professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.

Have experience in long-term care, preferably in a similar setting.
