It’s not just a capability; it’s part of our DNA. Our team thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and transparency, fostering a culture where everyone can contribute, learn, and grow. We welcome talented individuals from diverse backgrounds to help us remove data bottlenecks, accelerate business impact, and push the boundaries of what AI can do for the world’s most innovative companies. With offices in Seattle, New York City, London, and Melbourne, you’ll join a fast-growing team tackling critical challenges at the intersection of AI, data, and customer experience. Ready to make an impact? Let’s talk. The Role Ensure Amperity aligns with the customer’s overall enterprise technology ecosystem, business strategy, and governance frameworks. Operate at the intersection of business and IT strategy, bridging enterprise executives, architects, and Amperity. Drive alignment of Amperity to enterprise data platforms, AI/analytics strategies, and regulatory requirements, ensuring long-term scalability. Partner directly with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and enterprise architects on the client side to influence strategic outcomes. Interesting Problems Align Amperity architecture with the client’s broader enterprise data strategy, digital transformation goals, and regulatory environment. Serve as the enterprise-level advocate for ensuring Amperity solutions meet both business outcomes and IT strategy. Map Amperity components (AmpID, Amp360, AmpIQ, Profile API, RT tables, AI/ML integrations, etc.) into the customer’s end-to-end data and marketing ecosystem (EDW, CRM, ESP, AdTech, MarTech, Analytics, Customer Service). Guide enterprise roadmaps to reduce complexity and duplication across platforms. Lead conversations on enterprise security, data residency, compliance (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, airline/financial regulations), and data governance frameworks. Ensure Amperity adoption strengthens enterprise compliance posture. Own the Value and Solution Blueprints at the enterprise level. Ensure implementation choices meet future scalability, resiliency, and sustainability needs, reducing long‑term technical debt. Engage directly with executives across IT and business (CIO, CTO, Chief Data Officer). Represent Amperity in enterprise architectural forums and strategy discussions. Be a trusted advisor for decision‑makers to maximize adoption and business value. About You 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, field CTO roles, or senior technology leadership within SaaS, data platforms, or digital transformation environments. Strong track record of aligning SaaS or data platforms with enterprise strategies in complex, regulated industries (e.g., airlines, retail, financial services, healthcare). Technical depth across data architecture, governance, cloud platforms, and AI/ML integration. Executive presence with the ability to engage CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and senior enterprise architects as a peer advisor. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical strategies. Experience owning enterprise‑level architectural blueprints, governance processes, and cross‑platform integration strategies. Comfortable operating in a non‑billable or low‑billable field executive role, prioritizing long‑term enterprise adoption and value over short‑term utilization metrics. Passion for influencing strategy, simplifying complexity, and ensuring technology decisions produce measurable business outcomes. Location We have a hybrid work model for employees based in Seattle, WA, and New York, NY, with three days in the office each week, providing a mix of in‑person collaboration and remote flexibility.
