Strong hunter mindset with a proven record of uncovering and closing opportunities. Self-starter, motivated, resourceful, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented. Proven track record of building and leveraging strategic relationships within pharma organizations to drive sustained revenue growth. Growth mindset: committed to learning, persistence, and continuous improvement. Leadership skills to guide and influence cross-functional teams. Consistent history of successful performance and organic revenue growth of at least $1M+ per year. Ability to plan and execute effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment. Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and executive presence when working with senior client stakeholders.
