Company Benefits:
$500 Signing Bonus
Competitive Salary - In addition of a base pay of $25-$30/hr not including tips, our massage Therapists earn as much as $60-$70/hr with upgrade commissions, membership commissions and tips

Job Responsibilities:
Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
Maintain detailed treatment records
Job Requirements:
Active MI massage license
Carry massage liability insurance.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
Knowledge of Swedish Massage.
Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue). Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members
Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
