Gutter Ethics LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Technician to join our team in providing top-notch roofing and gutter services. As a Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the exterior care of homes and commercial properties across Springfield and Northern Virginia. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Roof and Gutter Installation: Perform installations of roofing and gutter systems, ensuring precision and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular maintenance checks and perform necessary repairs on roofing and gutter systems, addressing any issues with skill and efficiency.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining the work being performed and providing recommendations for additional services if needed.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to roofing and gutter systems, ensuring that all work meets the high standards of Gutter Ethics LLC.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to complete projects on time and with exceptional craftsmanship.
  • Use of Technology: Utilize modern tools and technology to enhance the quality of work and improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Experience: Previous experience in roofing, gutter installation, or related fields is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills; ability to use tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to service.
  • Work Ethic: A strong work ethic with a commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
  • Licensing: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Schedule:
