About the Role In this role, youll work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and create engaging, easy-to-understand data visualizations that directly support key performance indicators and organizational goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across functions, developing SQL queries, and leveraging business intelligence tools to bring data to life. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualization solutions using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, etc.) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate reporting needs into actionable outputs Create wireframes and mockups to validate data solutions before full development Develop complex SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures for data extraction and reporting Communicate with Data Architects and ETL teams to ensure proper data sourcing Ensure data accuracy and completeness through regular testing and troubleshooting Support both ad hoc and recurring reporting deliverables across departments Drive continuous improvement by enhancing existing reporting tools and recommending new practices Required Qualifications Bachelors degree OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Minimum of 3 years experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence Strong experience designing data visualization solutions and building dashboards Proficient in SQL (writing queries, joins, stored procedures) Ability to translate business questions into clear and effective data visualizations Preferred Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field 3-5+ years of experience in reporting/BI development, data analysis, or data science Portfolio of visualizations or dashboards (online or print) Experience with tools like Power BI, Report Builder, Tableau, PowerPivot, SAS Familiarity with DAX, Visual Basic, or other programming languages Understanding of ETL/SSIS/OLAP concepts (a plus, not required) Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Ready to make an impact with data?
