We are seeking a motivated individual to join our fast-paced orthodontic practice as a call center representative. At Premier Orthodontics, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a lively fun and engaging work environment. Unlike other healthcare office, we prioritize customer service as a core objective and invest in training our employees to achieve excellence in patient interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
o Provide outstanding customer service to patients, demonstrating empathy and active listening skills.
o Strive to exceed patient expectations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with a positive and helpful attitude.
Effective Communication:
o Handle a large volume of incoming calls with clarity and professionalism.
o Communicate clearly and concisely to ensure accurate understanding and resolution of patient queries.
Detailed Note-Taking:
o Take detailed and accurate notes during patient interactions to facilitate seamless communication within the practice and ensure the highest level of patient care.
Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment:
o Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, efficiently managing a high volume of calls and tasks.
o Prioritize and multitask to meet patient needs and maintain productivity.
Team Collaboration:
o Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a cohesive and positive work atmosphere.
o Contribute to the overall success of the practice by supporting colleagues and sharing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (Spanish speaking is a plus)
• Ability to work effectively in fast paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong note-taking skills.
• Empathetic and patient-focused approach.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to quickly grasp and learn new software and technologies.
• Track record of effectively collaborating with team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute positively to group dynamics.
• Comfortable and capable of adapting to change regularly.
• Exhibits resilience and a proactive approach in navigating evolving work environments and processes.
