Role: Enterprise Business Architect Location: Atlanta, GA Hiring Type: Full Time Job Responsibilities Drives and facilitates the right discussions with business leaders to identify business capabilities in relation to current and future business objectives Engages stakeholders and multiple functional teams to gather and document the structure of business and technology landscape to take action; serves as a source of expert advice, influences change, frames information in a broader organizational context Create and maintain business capability, data, process, and technology inventories. Anticipates emerging business trends and regulatory/risk issues as a basis for recommending large?scale products, technical, functional or operations improvements Solves unique and ambiguous problems with broad impact; typically oversees standards, controls and operating methods that have significant financial and operational impact within the context of their own field Provides leadership guidance, makes recommendations, and collaborates with business to ensure solutions meet the business needs on a complex project or program Lead, build, manage, and enhance the business capability model along a maturity/optimization framework to drive enablement of the longer?term roadmap Partner in the strategic planning process by providing input to the scope definition of strategic initiatives, leveraging capabilities, creating heat?maps to provide visibility to impacts, dependencies, overlaps and opportunities Conduct assessments, capability impact assessments, capability health assessments & capability roadmaps Works closely with domain architects and leaders to develop domain roadmaps Works closely with solution/technical architects to deliver business architecture artifacts needed for End?to?End Architecture & Solution Architecture Approach deliverables Advocate and drive adoption of best practices to ensure standardization of business architecture outputs across the enterprise Effectively manage priorities, deliverables, and timelines with little need for escalation Develop a business architecture strategy based on situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations Capture the tactical and strategic enterprise goals that provide traceability through the organization and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance Define the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data Skills Experience with business process modeling, enterprise architecture, and associated tools Ability to visualize growth and build high?level models for future analysis and maturing the current business architecture Ability to partner with stakeholders to document and communicate values generated from the new capabilities and processes Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills Ability to translate complex subjects into actionable recommendations Program/project management skills and the ability to set clear goals to get desired results Knowledge of architecture frameworks is desirable 5+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Solutions Architecture roles Experience in modeling business processes by using various tools and techniques (e.g., UML) Seniority level Director Employment type Full?time Job function Information Technology and Other Industries IT Services and IT Consulting, Information Services, and Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
