How youll make an impact:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our Marketing Transformation Team, tasked with leading the migration from our legacy platform to Salesforce. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of project management and program management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale technology migrations. While this role will follow the lead of the current TMO team, this role requires a self-starter who can work independently and drive cross-functional initiatives. This role will coordinate with various teams, including marketing strategy, marketing operations, marketing analytics, brand & creative, and performance marketing, to align project goals and timelines. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as the candidate will navigate complex challenges, handle multiple stakeholders, and manage expectations effectively. This role will be responsible for keeping the TMO team abreast of the field level progress & challenges and act as a go between the TMO team and the workstream leads. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming our marketing capabilities, driving innovation, and enhancing our overall marketing strategy.
What youll do:
- Track program deliverables
- Identify, document project risks. Assist in risk mitigation
- Document & communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Document & follow-up on action items & key take-aways from executive meetings
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
- Handle challenging personalities and conflicting priorities with professionalism and tact
- Work in an agile environment, ensuring projects are delivered iteratively and collaboratively
What youll need:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- 5-7 years of project management and / or program management experience
- Experience in creating project plans and driving them
- Experience in manage program artifacts such as risk tracker, Action item tracker, deliverables tracker etc.
- Experience with Salesforce and a deep understanding of marketing processes are desirable but not necessary.
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
