**Qualifications:**



- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a software consulting or services organization.

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

- **Skills:**

- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels, including architect-level personnel.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.

- **Knowledge:**

- Understanding of data engineering, data processing, mobile applications, and digital transformation projects.

- Familiarity with software development methodologies and quality assurance processes.

- **Attributes:**

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

- **Preferred Background:** Hands-on delivery experience in past roles and a slight technical inclination.
