Regional Sales Director — Women’s Health NYC/NJ Base: W-2 with long runway • OTE: strong upside • Equity: yes • Expenses: 100% reimbursed We’re building the first regional sales leaders for a women’s-health launch focused on C-section wound protection. You’ll recruit, coach, and manage independent rep teams while personally driving new business with OB/GYNs, MFMs, OB hospitalists and L&D leadership. This is a hands‑on build: value‑analysis navigation, KOL development, OR in-servicing, and utilization growth across a multi‑state region.
