TEKsystems is partnering with a local healthcare insurance company in Hawaii. This mostly remote position requires the candidate to be based in Hawaii. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating various documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), communication guidelines, process documentation, and plans. Additionally, this role involves documenting all relevant information related to our healthcare insurance operations and interactions with our outsourcing partner. Responsibilities: Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive documentation such as SOPs, communication guidelines, process flows, and project plans. Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. Document all aspects of the healthcare insurance operations, including interactions with the outsourcing partner. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards. Create user-friendly guides and manuals for internal and external stakeholders. Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and usability. Manage document control processes to ensure proper versioning and accessibility. Assist in the development of training materials and resources. Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Documentation Specialist. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, content management systems). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus. Compensation: This position offers a pay range of $25-36 per hour, depending on experience.
