Overview

Great Day Improvements - IT Recruiter

If you are an ambitious individual with excellent communication skills and experience in IT recruiting, join the Great Day Improvements team  We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with excellent time management skills with a strong focus on sourcing top talent in IT field.  

Responsibilities

- Create and maintain a talent pipeline and strategy for our IT positions as well as other potential high-level positions

- Make recommendations about IT recruiting strategy and assist in corporate recruiting efforts and campaigns

- Build applicant sources through colleges, networking, job fairs, database searches, social media; provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits

- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications

- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, using job sites, and other social media

- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements

- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules

- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interview applicants on consistent set of qualifications

- Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business with 3-5 years Recruiting experience preferred

- Excellent communication skills, oral and written

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Solid attendance record

- Experience in Microsoft Suite

- Strong organizational skill,

 - Ability to coach hiring managers in the recruiting process
