Pay Details:

$49/hour blended rate = $1,960 weekly gross

Pay Breakdown:

Weekly travel stipend: $33/hr

Weekly Taxable: $16/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in various medical settings, ensuring the well-being of patients under their care.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans
- Provide wound care, injections, and other nursing procedures as needed
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques
- Experience in acute care, hospital medicine, or nursing home settings preferred
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
- Familiarity with acute pain management, infection control, IV insertion, and Botulinum toxin treatment
- Ability to provide quality toddler care when needed
