About the role As Director of Commercial Transportation Claims, you will manage a team of Claims Professionals overseeing claims across Trucking, Garage Keeper, Specialty Vehicle, Rideshare/TNC, and Delivery. You’ll drive operational effectiveness, leverage technology and analytics, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high‑quality standards.
