Senior Software Engineer Cloud Data Engineering As a Senior Software Engineer you will be part of our cloud data engineering team responsible for developing, monitoring, and operating our state?of?the?art data mart platform. You will also leverage cloud?native tooling to automate operational tasks and integrate the platform with external systems, optimize performance, efficiency and cost for the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business, and participate in an on?call rotation to ensure platform uptime. Key Responsibilities Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines. Design and deploy CI/CD pipelines. Design proactive monitoring and alerting. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Mentor junior engineers, focusing on project support and skill development. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline AND a minimum of 4 years of Software Development experience; OR Masters degree with a minimum of 2 years of Software Development experience. Experience in a regulated environment, preferably medical device. Demonstrated experience with CI/CD tools. AWS certifications and experience with Glue, Lambda, EMR, Athena, Data Lake Formation. Experience in a scrum methodology. Ability to take business requirements and deliver solutions using industry best?practice. Strong security and data?privacy mindset. Experience with cloud?native tools. 2+ years of Python or similar scripting language development. Git experience. Demonstrated experience automating routine tasks. On?call support experience. Other duties as assigned. Location & Work Requirements Position is in Mounds View, MN within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Operating Unit.
