Collaborative Environment: Work with a dedicated team of providers, pharmacists, and clinical educators on every shift, ensuring the highest level of support and patient care.
* Benefit from strong leadership, including a clinical practice leader and resource RN, who ensure minimal patient assignments for optimal care.
* Dedicated Team Structure: Each shift includes designated LNAs to assist in patient care, allowing you to prioritize nursing responsibilities.
* Weekend Differential: Earn an additional $8/hr for weekend shifts with just one commitment every other weekend
* Growth Opportunities: Take advantage of cross-training opportunities to expand your skills in the Emergency Department.

* Complete unit-specific competencies and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
