Setting up the back office, which will include determining operational workflow, sterile room organization and collaboration with the team to provide an incredible service.RequirementsMain responsibilities include the following:Taking patient photosTaking Cone Beams, Pano and x-raysNavigating with Open Dental softwareTaking impressionsAdjusting and relining prostheticsSetting up and breaking down operatory roomsPlacing orders and maintaining inventoryAssisting the doctor during a variety of surgical proceduresSterilization and daily cleaningX-ray certificationCPR certificationOSHA and HIPAA complianceSelf starter who is also a team playerDetail and task orientedPatient-centricCross trained to help out at the front deskMinimum Qualifications:Basic dental terminologyInventory management skillsImplant, All on four and over denture knowledgeProficient at alginate impression takingOSHA Complaint, infection control compliant and HIPAA compliant.Experience taking CBCT and Pano imagesPreferred Qualifications:Min 12 months experience in an oral -surgical setting highly preferredExperience with wax try ins, changing locator ringsStrong communication skills, ability to multitask, highly organized and upbeat attitudeOpen dental knowledgeBilingual English/Spanish is a plusOur benefits package includes: Medical, Dental and VisionPTOPaid holidaysScrub allowanceCompetitive hourly wage based on experienceSPG is a great place to not only work but to begin a rewarding career.
