Job Title: Home Health Occupational Therapist

About the Job:
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist at Interim HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized therapy to patients who require assistance with daily tasks due to illness or injury. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will help patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Assess patient deficits and develop therapy goals to improve daily functioning
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and communicate with team members
  • Supervise and guide Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Active OT license in Colorado
  • Minimum 1 year experience in home healthcare
  • CPR Certification
  • Pass a background check and drug test
