Key Responsibilities: Analysis and design of database objects and data collection systems, including the transformation of legislative requirements into system functionality. Data modeling. Software development tasks including Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL Server coding, testing, and implementation. Troubleshooting issues in the application to find solutions. Preparation of technical and user documentation. Qualifications: 84+ months experience. Candidate must be able to provide guidance to large teams and/or have extensive industry experience and be considered at the top of their field. Preferred: 84 months experience interpreting physical database models and working with relational database concepts such as indexes, primary and foreign keys, and constraints using both Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. 84 months experience developing using Oracle PL/SQL, including database packages, procedures, functions, and triggers. 84 months experience working with Oracle version 11g or later. 84 months experience using Oracle programming tools (SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader or other Oracle database programming tools). 60 months experience developing using Microsoft Transact-SQL (T‑SQL). 60 months experience designing relational databases. 24 months experience integrating multiple database schemas. 18 months experience using Git.
