ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
+ Facilitate discharge process with patients
+ Ensures all discharging patients receive discharge paperwork
+ Review discharge paperwork with the patient
+ Ensure patients discharges with necessary medications
+ 3 Days per week, Every other Weekend Mandatory. 12 hours per day.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
+ Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
+ One or more years' nursing experience within clinical area of service provided by facility preferred.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
+ Current RN license as required by state.
+ CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
