Client Acquisition: Prospect, qualify, and establish relationships with potential clients, including exhibitors, sponsors, and event organizers.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential leads and differentiate our offerings.

Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the specific needs and objectives of prospective clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and value propositions that align with client requirements.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and insights to help them achieve their trade show and marketing objectives.

Identify partnership opportunities and strategic alliances to drive mutual growth and maximize market reach.

Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives and track progress towards goals.

Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the trade show, events, or related industries.

Strong understanding of trade show dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.

Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Willingness to travel as needed.
