Position Title Supervisor Wireless Classification Exempt Position Overview ADB is a nationwide full‑turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions including Wireline, Wireless, Technology, and Engineering. ADB Wireless is seeking a Supervisor who has extensive knowledge of wireless construction operations. This role will be the direct supervisor of field construction crews; planning, directing, and organizing their day‑to‑day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and has previously worked in the field at a Foreman level. The Supervisor will manage and mentor various levels of Tower Technicians. The ideal candidate will have extensive wireless technical experience, a strong belief in the safety and well‑being of team members, and an ALL IN attitude to achieve results. Roles and Responsibilities Direct manager of field construction crews and subcontractors, including onboarding, training, discipline actions, terminations, payroll, and performance management. Full understanding of wireless construction operations, including equipment, labor skills, technology, testing requirements, closeout requirements, and OSHA requirements. Oversee supplies, equipment, and materials for projects. Oversee project plans, schedules, objectives, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of the company’s mission, values, and policies. Adhere to and uphold the safety culture on site; lead by example and develop the expected safety culture on each project. Maintain and provide required reports to upper management. Communicate regularly with support staff, including Human Resources, Recruiting, Fleet, and Accounting. Support a fast‑paced, demanding work schedule; schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, etc. Train and develop Tower Technicians and Tower Foremen according to the Career Advancement Matrix (CAM). Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals. Leadership skills – ability to lead and motivate a team to meet project goals. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Work Environment Corporate headquarters located at 18777 US Highway 66, Pacific, MO 63069. Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc. May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite. Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humidity, and rain through the year. When working on site, will be required to wear common protective safety equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel‑toed boots. Experience and Education 3+ years of experience in the wireless industry. 2+ years of experience supervising wireless construction crews. OSHA 30 and CPR certification preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required. High school diploma or equivalent required. This position’s salary starts at $70,000.
