Responsibilities

  • Oversee cash flow planning, investing, budgeting, and financial modeling
  • Manage financing strategies, as well as banking relationships
  • Oversee all aspects of accounting, reporting, taxes, and internal controls
  • Create and maintain distinctive revenue and expense tracking methodologies for Federal grants
  • Manage the audit process for all entities
  • Review tax returns prepared by external CPA firm
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions


Qualifications


  • 5+ years' of relevant experience in a senior finance position
  • Knowledge of non-profit and for-profit accounting
  • Ability to managed accounting and reporting for multi-entity, complex structures
  • Experience with affordable housing preferred
  • Cash management, budgeting, and forecasting experience
  • Ability to manage staff and interact across multiple departments
  • Non-profit and real estate software knowledge
  • Commitment to company's mission to advance economic, social, and racial justice
