**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team, and ensure efficient workflow within the facility.

**Duties:**

- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed

- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling of materials and use of warehouse management systems

- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing logistics processes

- Oversee materials handling, including operating forklifts and other equipment

- Collaborate with distribution center partners to streamline operations

- Implement best practices for e-commerce fulfillment in a 3PL environment

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in team management within a warehouse setting

- Proficiency in warehouse management systems

- Strong knowledge of materials handling techniques and logistics principles

- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols

- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is a plus

- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment effectively
