Position Summary:

As a Reverse Logistics Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for services that facilitate the management of reverse logistics processes, specifically associated with mobile solutions including but not limited to repair, refurbishment, forward logistics configuration and other related service offerings. The Reverse Logistics Business Development Manager will work with a variety of clients including manufacturers, retailers, and logistics providers, to help optimize the return, remanufacturing, recycling, and disposal of products.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients in need of reverse logistics solutions.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Determine which emerging technologies provide the greatest opportunity for long term revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies for pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations and Project Management to ensure the smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including client relations, proposals, and contracts.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales and/or new business development experience
  • Strong understanding of reverse logistics
  • Strategic lead generation experience with the ability to acquire new clients.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
