Entry Level Engineering Technician$18-$20 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY
:
The Engineering Technician is responsible for supporting the Engineering department with drawings (drafting), new part set-ups, customer quotes, custom designs, engineering inquiries, and other engineering task as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support New Product Development activities as required by engineering.
Measure and test mechanical components.
Test prototype products and help develop proper documentation.
Support existing production activities by providing manufacturing and quality support as required. Provide engineering support to the sales organization.
Provide Customer Service assistance.
Work with OEM mechanical, electrical, and compliance engineers to design and implement company provided solutions.
Responsible for the incorporation of changes into drawings, tooling, and specifications.
