What’s a typical day as a Facilities Associate? You’ll be:
- Overseeing two locations - primary location in Stamford, CT and secondary location in Short Hills, NJ.
- Traveling between locations when necessary (transportation required).
- Providing facilities services, including managing security and badging systems.
- Utilizing MS applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.) for daily tasks.
- Assisting with audio visual equipment as needed.
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients.
- Planning, organizing, and prioritizing time and workload to meet deadlines.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 3 years of Facility Services experience.
- Possess technical knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and audio visual equipment.
- Have experience with security and badging systems.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Can plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
