What’s a typical day as a Facilities Associate? You’ll be:

  • Overseeing two locations - primary location in Stamford, CT and secondary location in Short Hills, NJ.
  • Traveling between locations when necessary (transportation required).
  • Providing facilities services, including managing security and badging systems.
  • Utilizing MS applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.) for daily tasks.
  • Assisting with audio visual equipment as needed.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and clients.
  • Planning, organizing, and prioritizing time and workload to meet deadlines.


This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have 3 years of Facility Services experience.
  • Possess technical knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and audio visual equipment.
  • Have experience with security and badging systems.
  • Work well in a team environment.
