The Patient Experience Coordinator and Telehealth Liaison serving in theis role serves as an active member of the clinical staff; Can assist with scheduling appropriate aftercare appointments for patient's continuity of care. Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Plans

Monday- Friday 9:00AM- 5:30PM

basic knowledge and experience of mental health and substance abuse issues in a variety of patient populations; Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have basic computer skills.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measures, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
