Solution Architect Join to apply for the Solution Architect role at Tata Consultancy Services Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: Experience in leading large‑scale UKG Pro WFM implementations and providing strategic direction for successful implementation and optimization. Experience as a solution architect for UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation for a multi‑country rollout. Proven track record in providing comprehensive system architecture, ensuring alignment to business needs. Expert in UKG Pro WFM modules: Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Dell Boomi, and Device Manager; customizing to meet specific client needs and improve operational efficiency. Experience integrating these modules with other enterprise systems to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy. Deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, systems integrations and WFM best practices. Lead the technical configuration of Time tracking, Advanced Scheduling & forecasting, accruals, analytics & reports, Dell Boomi integration, device configuration, mobile configuration, and compliance. Lead configuration and troubleshooting for modules: Timekeeper, Accruals, Leave/Attendance/Attestation, Advanced Scheduler, Activities. Design integrations using Dell Boomi and other integration platforms aligned with best practices and customer priorities. Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rules; support changes to existing configurations and building new as needed. Roles & Responsibility: Solution Architect for UKG Pro WFM Implementation – end‑to‑end implementation solutions from inception to completion, involving requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, staggered rollout and hyper‑care. Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment of implementation to business objectives. Lead configuration, integration, and troubleshooting across modules. Generic Managerial Skills: UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred). Experience working as a solution architect for Kronos WFC. Self‑starter, adaptable with minimal supervision. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong written & oral communication skills & strong team player. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage customer expectations. Education: B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) or Bachelor's in Computer Science. Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 a year. Seniority Level Mid–Senior level. Employment Type Full‑time. Job Function Engineering and Information Technology.
