About Us: Therapy Smarts, Inc is a therapist owned private pediatric outpatient clinic providing SLP, PT, and OT services to children of all ages and diagnoses including: autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy, apraxia, dyslexia, feeding disorders, and developmental delays.Job Description        Develops and implements staffing strategies to attract and hire top talent.        Ensures employee retention at the clinic is maintained at an acceptable level.        Subject Matter Expert in a variety of HR related programs providing necessary resources to empower employees with the knowledge and materials needed (Benefits, Payroll, Continuous Education resources)        Reviews accuracy of timesheets and process payroll        Leads workplace investigations or other inquiries arising out of needs expressed by employees and/or manifestation of policy infraction(s).        Supports performance management: ensures annual reviews are completed and bonus processed.        Provides guidance on clinic workforce planning, succession planning process, and talent development.        Maintains oversight and responsibility for all HR related compliance auditsQualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.Knowledge of employment law practices.Experience in administration of benefits, compensation, and other programs.Knowledge and use of commonly used HRIS, payroll/timekeeping systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Demonstrated ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.Must be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position.
